Predict your finish
The Unbroken Protocol app's race prediction engine, on the web. Enter the numbers you know, leave blank what you do not, and get a finish window with per-leg splits for sprint, Olympic, 70.3 or Ironman.
That window is where you are today. Training decides where it goes.
How the prediction works
This is the same engine the Unbroken Protocol app runs. Your swim comes from CSS with an open-water adjustment. Your bike comes from FTP and weight, held at the fraction of threshold each distance allows, from 92% for a sprint down to 75% for an Ironman. Your run comes from threshold pace with the degradation that racing off the bike really costs, and the course profile taxes both. Transitions are counted, because free minutes live there too.
The result is a window, not a single number, and its width is honest: every real number you enter narrows it, every blank widens it. If the window surprises you, that is information. The gap between the two ends is mostly decided by how you train, and that is exactly what the recovery-led system is for.
