The Founder · Unbroken Protocol
Athlete across 11 disciplines. British Triathlon Affiliate. SuperTri UK Captain. Father of four. Founder of the UK's first recovery-led triathlon club.
The Unbroken Protocol exists because I needed it and couldn't find it. Not a training plan. Not a motivational system. A protocol, one built on how the human organism actually responds to load, stress, and recovery over a lifetime of sport.
"Every system I've built, the app, the book, the coaching, starts from the same question: what does this athlete's nervous system actually need right now? Not what the plan says. Not what the ego wants. What does the system need?"
The journey
Born into Chaos
From early childhood, sport was the constant. Football became the primary focus, the discipline that shaped the competitive mindset, the work ethic, and the early understanding of what structured training demands from the body.
Football & athletic development
Serious football through youth and into his early twenties. To develop as an athlete for the game, Abraham turned to strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting, and track and field. Competed across the 60m, 100m, 200m, and 400m, including a 55-second indoor 400m PB at the Lee Valley open meet. Speed work built for football. The foundation of everything that came after.
Multi-discipline athletic expansion
Football gives way to a broader pursuit. Abraham begins competing in BJJ, martial arts, swimming, cycling, and triathlon simultaneously, building the multi-discipline pattern recognition that underpins the entire Unbroken methodology. Formal coaching education follows across seven qualifications.
Vipassana, 100+ days of silence
Extended silent retreats across multiple courses in the Goenka tradition totalling over 100 days across Anapana, Vipassana, and Metta practice. Not wellness. A complete reconditioning of how Abraham understands stress, nervous system function, and what recovery actually means. This shapes every system he builds from this point forward.
Unbroken Triathlon Club founded. British Triathlon Affiliate
The UK's first recovery-led triathlon club launches in June 2025, simultaneously achieving British Triathlon affiliation. Built on the R.A.C.E. Framework, the club brings together athletes who take both sport and recovery seriously, with access to the bespoke gym, group training, and the Unbroken Protocol app.
SuperTri UK Captain
Abraham is appointed SuperTri UK Captain, bringing the Unbroken Protocol methodology into the heart of the UK's elite triathlon circuit.
