Common questions
Can I cancel the app subscription anytime?
Yes. One click in your dashboard. No phone call, no email chain. Refunded pro-rata if you cancel mid-month.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is personalised. Abraham reviews every application individually to recommend the right level of support for your goals, training history, and life season. Submit an enquiry through the application form and Abraham responds directly within 24 hours with pricing and next steps.
What happens after I apply for coaching?
Within 24 hours of submission, Abraham reviews your application personally and replies with the right programme, next-steps, and pricing for your situation. No automated funnels, no sales calls, just a direct response.
Is my data private?
Yes. HRV, sleep, training data stays in your account. We never sell, share, or aggregate it for any third party.
I’m not fit enough for a club.
The club exists for exactly this. Sessions are structured so the front and the back of the group both get a proper workout, and nobody trains alone. Fitness is the outcome of turning up, not the entry requirement.
I only have eight hours a week. Is this worth it?
The protocol was built by a father of four who trains around work and family. The score exists to make limited hours count: when you only have eight, you cannot afford to spend them on the wrong session.
I already have a Garmin and WHOOP. Why this?
Keep them. The app reads the data you already wear, from Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Strava and Wahoo, and turns five streams into one answer: how hard to train today. The devices measure. The protocol decides.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
No. Swimming is the discipline most adults arrive with the least confidence in, and it is the one we coach most carefully. One member went from poor swimmer to IRONMAN 70.3 finisher in three months.
