What the web can change, it changes here. What only the app can change is named below rather than left for you to hunt for.

Public profile

What other athletes see on the community feed. This one syncs both ways: change it here and the app picks it up.

Training profile

The numbers the coaching engine reasons about. Thresholds live on their own page, because changing one moves every zone underneath it.

Used for age-graded scores.
kg

This one may not reach a phone you already use. It saves to your account immediately, but the app only rebuilds its local profile from the cloud on a fresh install. Until that changes, set these in the app as well if the two ever disagree.

Fuelling

Your training status changes how much of a session runs on fat rather than carbohydrate. Set it here and every session on the calendar gets a carbohydrate estimate you can actually pack for.

Leave empty if you would rather not count.

These are estimates, not measurements. Substrate use is modelled from your time in zone, body weight and training status, the way a lab would approximate it without a mask on your face. Treat the number as a starting point and let how you actually feel on long sessions correct it.

Weather

A seven-day forecast on your calendar, so a session moves before the weather ruins it rather than after.

Searched by name. This site blocks device location, so nothing is read from your browser.

Coaches

Anyone with an active link can read your training. Revoking is immediate and takes effect everywhere.

Calendar

Take your planned sessions into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook as a one-off import.

This is a snapshot, not a subscription. TrainingPeaks offers a live webcal:// feed that updates itself. That needs a server endpoint handing out a per-athlete token, because calendar apps cannot sign in to your account. Until that exists, re-download when your plan changes.

Export your data

Everything the cloud holds about your training, in a format you can keep. No request queue and no email: it is built in your browser and saved straight to your machine.

Sessions imported from Strava will be missing. They stay on your phone and are never copied to the cloud, in line with Strava's API terms, so an export cannot include them. Everything from Apple Health, Garmin and the app itself is here.

Managed elsewhere

Not everything belongs on the web. These are the things that genuinely live somewhere else, and where to find them.

Thresholds and zones

Max HR, FTP, run threshold pace and CSS, with the zones they produce.

Billing and app link code

Subscriptions, pricing and the code that pairs this account to the app.

Connections authenticate on your device and their tokens never leave it, so they can only be managed in the iOS app.

Notifications

Push registration is per device. Turn categories on or off in the app, under Settings.
