Lifetime
Every session you have published from the app, imported history included, read as one career: how much, how strong, how fit, and what it predicts.
Year by year
Volume per calendar year by sport. ★ marks your best year by hours; the outlined bar is this year to date.
Every year as a table
Reading your history…
Session power profile
Best whole-session average power on the bike, for rides of at least each length, this year against every year before it.
These are session averages, so they are a floor: the best 20 minutes inside a 90-minute ride was higher than the ride's average. Rides without a power meter carry the average their app estimated (Strava does this), so treat those as rough. For your true peaks, see Best efforts below. Tap a number to open the day.
Best efforts
Your best power for each length of effort on the bike, your fastest rides and runs over each distance, taken from the second-by-second data of every session, not session averages.
Fitness, this year and last
Your fitness score by month, this year against last year. Months that have not happened yet are left blank.
Compare two sessions
Pick any two sessions of the same sport and see them side by side, with the differences in plain words.
Run effective VO2max
What each steady run's pace costs, divided by how much of your engine its heart rate says you used. Rolling 90 days, weighted by run length.
Race predictor
Flat-road, fresh-legs times your current running engine supports.
An estimate from training, not a race result. Heat, hills, a tired week and a watch that reads heart rate badly all pull the number down, and the marathon assumes the endurance and fuelling to hold pace for three hours or more, which no heart-rate reading can show. A real 5 km or 10 km result is the better anchor.
Lifetime reads the copies of your sessions that the app publishes, imported history included. The same session arriving from two sources (for example Strava and the app) is counted once. Only you can see this page. Max heart rate comes from Zones; resting heart rate is the median of your last 60 days of wellness readings from one device.
